THE REACTOR IS OPERATING INFRASTRUCTURE.

The Reactor turns overall operating condition into a fast visual signal: purple for Idle, green for Healthy, amber for Review Required, and red for Critical. It is never the explanation by itself. The surrounding records and attention cards are responsible for showing the cause.
